Hmm i like the increased damage to turrets, however maybye instead of constructors, small ships, like the equivalent of a kvort or intrepid, as for the micro quantom, i think its about good, i was thinking that because there small, itd be good to have on a medical ship, somthing small that dosent take up to much space, as we are trying to defend ships in need of repair, people in need of medical, and our own ship, so in addition to the metaphasic, maybye a towing ability, that also extends sheilds around the other ship, but slows reapair rate a little bit, and maybye slows weapon rate to along with less powerful sheilds

I might be wrong, but I think that is actually meant for a different file than what that says. Try this instead:
Open 'unitedfederation_instant_action_build_list.aip' (C:Program FilesActivisionStar Trek Armada II Fleet Operations 3.0DataAIAIPs).

replace:

   "fed_newtonZ",                 1,0, -1,  0,

with:

   "fed_olympic",                 1,0, -1,  0,

I don't know, but is this maybe the problem which u stated in the original post:
repair_ship = 0
maybe if that is a 1 instead of 0 it might fix that (I haven't tested but looks to be it).

Ok, version 2 is up. I just modified the first and second post to replace the original ship and screenshots.

Okay...... I thought that both would have the phaser... except that maybe a passive ability could be granted for Mayson's. Such as:

Tri-layered Shielding: Increases sheild strength by 20% and increases sheild rate by 5%

I like this ship and I can build it and it doesn't crash but I have a little problem.
it doesnt have a command to attack. I wanted to attack my own ships to see the weapon and noticed that it's not there :)

It's a Repair ship, so no attacking unless attacked. Let it get near an enemy and the weapon will show.

The canon Olympic from "all good things" was basically unarmed and had very strong shields, I think the more  believable "weapon" would be to throw out antimatter-containers from the cargo bays o.o at least this would be funny :D

Yeah, but people requested a Phaser on it. That's why I put a Phaser there as an avatar bonus.
