added the Valdore to Sela as a warp in and Scimitar to Velal. I also game the Scimitar fighters.

We could do that, as far as we know there was only one scimitar that existed.

and im thinking this for the sisko avatar. I replaced non canon ships with canon and shuffled things around to balance. AI is unaffected.
