Galaxy-X Class (3.1.1)

I've never seen a 4 nacelle variant, i think you misunderstood.
Number of nacelles is probably important from a technobabble point of view but we see from canon that 1 and 3 nacelles are possible.
And non-canon ships with silly numbers of nacelles abound such as:
1) The Viper Class (6 Nacelles)

2) The Cerberus class (5 Nacelles and 3(!!!) Engineering sections

3) And my favourite design from the TMP era, the Amstrad class with just 2 nacelles but 2 engineering sections.

Hey I kind of like the Amstrad class . Though If I was a Digital moddler I would refit it. I would add a Ptolomy style tow pad between the two engineering sections and give Excelsior nacelles. Ide replace the 2 of the Newton repair ships with this one .It would be support ship with extra sheild generators and power to tow damages ships back to shipyards to repair the ships. Special abilites (Extend sheilds ) gives a damaged ship minimal sheilding at a dog fight range. (Combat tow ) Tows a immobile ship while extending sheilds and emergency power to the damaged ship. While engauged both of the ships lose 2 off points and gains 3 Off points for the duration of the combat tow.

Actually Loki there is a four nacelled Galaxy for BC. I've seen it several times, I just don't remember the name.
Though it should be somewhere here.
Bridge Commander Files - Bridge Commander File Search: galaxy
or here...

There is a 4 Nacelled version of the Galaxy-class? I've never seen it, what does it look like? Is it possible to get one for Star Trek Armada II? It sounds like it might be a good addion for my mod, like a hero ship for the Fourth Campaign that I'm making.
Here is your 4-Nacelle Galaxy!
Preferably I'd like the new nacelles to be on top like the X-Refit.

Thank you for that link.
I do have one question, how do you convert ships from other Star Trek games to Star Trek Armada II?
I have found a few shipis and one station that I would like to convert from Legacy, Bridge Commander, and I believe one other game that skips my mind right now.
Is anyone willing to do this or in the works of creating for Armada II:
A Terran Empire Sovereign-class
The Vesta-class (including a hero USS Aventine)
The Destiny-class (For Armada II)
Starbase 47 - Vangaurd - Watchtower-class
the 4 nacelled Galaxy-class (Joslin-Class)

Where do I find the Viper-class? That looks like a very cool starship, maybe another hero for my Fourth Campaign. The final battle will need at least/most 4 not including the Enterprise and Defiant for the Federation, then there will Also be a Klingon Hero unit group too.

The viper you can get from A2Files: http://armada2.filefront.com/file/Viper_Class;11921
Don't you have enough work on finishing your mod as it is? I have this ship in my personal mod for A2. When it's warp nacelles are open it's fast and only has a single phaser. When it closes its nacelles it moves very slowly with no warp but has a powerful (forward only) special weapon phaser... it fires once and takes forever to recharge. Still overpowered though as you can still warp-in, change form, fire, change form, warp-out.
This is my favourite TNG era kitbash.

Its not easy from what i hear. You can export/import for example using milkshape but when you do so you can loose things and i think you can have major work to do with hardpoints and rotation. Its not something you start dealing with lightly.
Also, you may need the SOD importer for Milkshape that is not restricted to stock models only. That was released to a few people only, although if you know how to code a little you can get the source and compile it yourself to allow you to import any model.

I was hoping for a newer version to come out with better textures. I loved that ship. Just the textures were hard to figure out (it is all mostly white for hull parts). Plus one of few good 4 nacelle ships.

I do have alot of work to do on my mod, but one of the things I'm still doing is to still locate ships to use for the races that aren't close to being completed yet. These include the Federation, the Klingons and the Romulans as of right now.
Is it possible to find someone to help kitbash and create/convert the ships and stations to Armada II? I do have the files that I mentioned for the ships and stations that need converting if anyone can help me out with that.

Yes, a few of them hang out over on A2Files forums, which is problematic for you.... and of course probably a few guys over here, but whether they would be willing to expend the efforts to convert is another question. You would have to ask them very very nicely, with sugar on top, and perhaps an extra large dollop of cold hard cash cream.
I very much doubt anyone would be willing to kitbash for you unless you captured their imagination with an idea they liked and were interested in doing it for themselves.

I could possibly try that.

I didn't. 1337_64M3R brought up 'why not 4 nacelles?' the post before mine. The 4-nacelled Galaxy varient is a Bridge Commander ship (though I think a stock-style A2 one exists).

Yes! I love the Highlander. It is one of my favorites as well.
