Haha! I think I am onto something here!

I Just might be able to pull this off. So who here wants the Reman Scimitar? I'm working on it as of now...

I tend to avoid the Scimitar-type for the most part; it's really hard to get the Offensive/Defensive values even close to canon without making the Tavara look like a Monsoon.

Defensive: 194

I believe there were already several threads discusing this topic (whispers: use the search function) and the scimitar was mostly (as far as i can remember) unwanted for FO. The reasons are in short, that there are no remans, it was a unique ship, and it is a supership.

If you want it to integrate as an NPC-single ship, i'm fully supporting that idea!

If a decent NPC ship is created, I'll get it. In fact, I'm in the process of making the race odf for Remans (npc_reman) and ship display logo (if I can find a good one, even if its non-canon), just in case.

As Tyler and Mimesot  Pretty much state it well. that the Scimitar would not fit well within the Fleet Ops scheme of things as a Buildable ship.I allso agree that the stats you propse  mades it a " Ubergod" ship. Even I feel IF it was a NPC Single ship that might get  accapted. However I feel the off/defense stats are way too high.If I was able to mod it I would have to set the Values at  70 Offense/ 70 Defense System Value of 50, with the size of a Norexian

Well, when you SEE what it can do... you'll think it would need higher stats. I'll put it plainly as a map ship. but I need some help with probs in my assistence thread to make this happen fully.

Oh yeah! The Scimitar is one of my favorite Reman ships! (That's the only Reman ship I have ever seen) and it's pretty awesome. If it can kick a Soverign and 2 Valdore's butts then it must be good. It would be a great Avatar for the Romulans, plus it's cool looking.

I don't know if these have the logo.(I don't have time to check) But here are some reman gui thingys.  If they don't then just tell me and I will find them.  I have the reman logo somewhere...

NOTE: they came from a reamen mod over at filefront, so credit goes to its authors.

Yeah... I didn't think the symbol was done well. I'll probably do a remake anyway.

The logo in the 'resource' section is actually the same one that I found on the net, though a different color.

Whats a Valdore? Not to be a jerk but weren't those Norexans? A Reman Avatar would be awesome... even if was like the BreenTech for the Dominion where they only get a couple of special Ships.

Valdore is the class of ships that help the Enterpirse in Star Trek Nemisis.
