the numbers in that quote are suggested speeds. 

so if you were to add it to a battleship's physics file, you would add

warpspeed = 480

you determine which ship has what by opening the ship file and finding the file it uses, but if you don't want to do that much work, just know that the smaller the number, like say smooth_physics_30.odf would be a large ship, so its warp speed would be based on that, but smooth_physics_200.odf would be a small fast ship, so you can base it on that.

Personally I would say that the larger the ship, the faster the warp speed, but that is just my opinion.

So if I want to know which ship has physic 30 or physic 100, I have to open the ship file? Where can I find them? What are they called?

Edit: Ah I see. You mean ship file like the ship names. Not like the type, like battleship.
