I would not mind seeing Worf as the third Avitar{but as a mixed tech one} but giving a bonus of 1 point offense upgrade for all small ships out of the small yard , and a 1 point bonus defense upgrade . (Spartan Warrior training) upgrade would give all ships a 1 point upgrade of system value. Plus give the Iwo class ships with MACO's to his avitars fleet.
