I believe the third avatar has already been chosen: a Starfleet Intelligence avatar (can't remember the name... I think it was a her) who gives a bit of subterfuge...

Hold on now, this was just based off what I remember being stated eons ago.. and Starfleet Intelligence ain't exactly Section 31

Section 31 from Wikipedia:
"Section 31 is the name of an unofficial intelligence and defense organization. It is presented as a special security operation, manned by United Federation of Planets citizens, that is not subject to the normal constraints of Starfleet ethical protocols."
"Unlike other secret police organizations in the Star Trek universe, such as the Romulan Tal Shiar and the Cardassian Obsidian Order, Section 31 is not a branch of government. Neither, unlike those organizations, who are greatly feared within their populaces, does it exist to enforce government policy or punish traitors. Indeed, according to the Deep Space Nine episode Inquisition which introduced the organization, very few in the Star Trek universe, including the highest levels of Federation government, even know it exists. Accountable to no-one, the organization focuses on external threats, and pursues those it identifies by whatever means it sees fit."

Using Stargate as a reference, Section 31 is something like the NID.
Starfleet Intelligence on the otherhand is the official government intelligence agency and is basically constrained by the same laws, morals and ethics as the rest of the Federation.

Considering that Earth in the UFP is a united world government with high quality of life for all people, and considering that Humans aren't even the only sentient species native to Earth in the Star Trek universe, and considering that Earth is but one of many prominent Federation worlds, I'm just hoping Avatar #3 isn't another white Human with a Western European name.

No, how about an Andorian? Blue, not green! Green andorians look weird, like I said, Andorians would be cool. If not we could have a Trill (them sybiant species like Dax). I always wanted to see how a trill would make the game play.  :D

What about an Orion Admiral?

No, she'd just seduce all her underlings. That is why Orions never are in command of things.

That's actually why they were in command, there was more to the syndicate than is known to most.

It should be possible to do something about it though, the Terrans had an Orion on the crew with no ill effects so the superior science of Starfleet should easily deal with the problem.

I think the Orions were also surgically enhanced to produce potent pheremones as well... it wasn't the normal Orions that were seducers if I remember... I'll check on that though  B)

There was also the Orion cadet who Kirk was having sex with in the new movie.

Like i said, i think a Zakdorn makes perfect sense... They're renowned for their strategic minds etc. A vulcan is just as predictable as a human... 2 humans and a vulcan... are their names Jim Leonard and Spock? Some variety here people :) Also, LeetGamer, no offense but reading through your characters bio, i really wanted to link you to tvtropes.com
