To be fair, the Negh'Var did have an entire fleet of Klingon ships helping it And yeah, DS9 was upgraded prior to the Dominion War to hold 5,000 photon torpedos. Which, considering Voyager made it through the Delta Quadrant with like, 40, is quite a lot ^^;;

And I don't think the FO team would make it a "god" station, because they seem to like the game to be balanced. Plus since it's only for the Cardassian NPR it's equally unlikely to be godlike
