Older Versions of Fleet Ops

If Beta 2 didn't have the Space Dock build option, what version did? If any? Or am I misremembering from some other mod?

I'm pretty sure Beta 2 had the Spacedock available.

I can confirm it did have the spacedock as seen in this pic i took only a few seconds ago..
