2 hwp on 2v2 games is turtling if you ask me...

Thats just silly, considering how easily they are took down.

But considering how much they cost and the fact that they can last long enough for your ships to get there, plus they main reason you guys were turtling is because you sat back building up the entire game and never moved out or scouted till the end

Boggz if Id been turtling, not using the turrets for a valid tactic, I would have had like 2 HWPs sitting by each moon, not two HWP+scout station in the center of the expansion.

Turtling is a valid tactic.  You were still turtling though.    I don't know why you'd claim you weren't.  You played defensively and put up far more turrets than were necessary.  Das called der Turtling, my friend

Hey Ray...there is a glitch in that replay that you posted.  From about 49:00 to 51:54 the video jumps ahead to the end of the game, then back to the mid late game around 51:54.

Other than that, I believe everything is ok.  Liked your commentary....  I think what lost it for us was that I didn't build a small yard, and got locked int only the Eresis warbird for far too long.  If I had made a small raiding fleet to travel with Beat's raiders, we could have really turned the tide in that game.

Well, I kinda thought I would need them, then fa11out mostly left me alone out of feer of the turrets.

Odd too cause he could have utterly wiped that expansion and took me out of the game if he had wanted to....

i was to worried about the borg and making sure my expan and large yard didnt get killed lol    i guess u could say i was ping city but only had 1 turret at any given time (did a rebuild on the perimiter once)

Plus the dom couldnt cloak. Just track his fleet, and get out before he assists, you coulda wiped me out or put a hurt on me with a little scouting and coordination with your ally.

I couldn't have known that. And Tokra b5s are very fast and you left your fleet cloaked at your expo the whole game. So by the time I destroyed your ships and turrets the b5s would have been there
