I was sure that I was going to loose that game.  Until I descovered that dodes do very well againsts bombers.  Then I built only dodes.

Look for me to have my first recording up in a couple of days.  The Fraps trial isn't really a good tool to use because of the 30-second limit.  But I used it anyways and used movie maker to merge the parts.

nope. i'm pretty sure alan was talking about (but not condoning or encouraging you to violate your local copyright law ) using peer to peer file sharing methods to obtain a version without a license and without paying, which is illegal in several countries. if u choose to violate local copyright law by downloading software illegally then it is your choice, so nobody else can be sued.

try camstudio, which is free.

u are correct myles   i dont condone it
ive never used camstudio how does it compare?
i gotta update me fraps i think   (and yes i did pay for mine so i get free updates)    


ive been thinking of makign some replays myself maybe me and u can team up again myles    perhaps both record at teh same time? XD


or i can record tchapmans for him till he gets his own recoring ability fixed

Camstudio isn't very good quality.  Fraps is better.  Much better.

If you can't get good quality, compromises will have to be made. Is the pain of a joining multiple parts better than the reduced quality?

about camstudio, it runs prohibitively slowly for me, so i cant comment on quality. mal uses it and his replays are fine to watch.

ive been thinking of makign some replays myself maybe me and u can team up again myles    perhaps both record at teh same time? XD

teaming up again sounds great, if u need any help recording your own replays pm me 

im not sure about 2 people recording the same game though, what would be the point? nobody would watch the same game twice from 2 cameras lol. maybe for redundancy.

i've heard good things about playclaw (not free, no torrents available in newer version yet lol). supposedly its good for new computers as it uses multiple cores well.
