He's called Wally in the UK as well. I think it works better. Could this be the start of the first great FleetOps Where's Wally/Waldo forum war?

Nah, unless you happen to spam a bunch EIIs.

It's my signature ship when I play Fed, and in this case, The 4 AIs I was playing against chose to ignore me and go against each other, so I kept piling EIIs while they blew up their fleets leaving mine alone.

I had time to capture a Klingon ship, cloak it and put it among the pile of EIIs for the screenshot #2, or move it and park an Excelsior for screenshot #1.

And here's screenshot #3, when I started selecting the EIIs in 16 ship batches and pressing the "K" key.

I wanted to share this... inconsistency with you. It's NOT a bug, but more like something that didn't load right while I was playing, and it corrected itself in less than 2 minutes.

Still, it made a curious visual effect, even if it didn't affect the gameplay.

I give you... The Wall!

Actually, yes, a Geforce 6200 AGP with 256 Mb RAM.

Worst purchase of my life, but I had to. It replaced an even older 5600 that simply refused to load games newer than 2004 because of the pixel shader (damn you, Micro$oft, and your "not all DirectX 9.0c compatible cards are the same" line). Problem is that the computer is old, and it doesn't have a PCI-E slot, so I had to look for an AGP (obsolete) replacement, which was slower and more expensive. I could have bought a PCI-E 6600 for 25 euro, but I had to spend almost 40 on that crap.

And as I'm unemployed, I cannot afford to purchase a new PC or upgrade my current one.

using geforce 9500 GT with 512mb, quad core, 4gb ram 

I can handle 1680x1050 with full AA but it lags a bit here and there (explosion bug thingy)
