Yes, the Saeihr is a bit ... hmmm... I'll just say a little more firepower would be nice--to put it more inline with the cost effectiveness of such behemoths as the Miranda II, the V-15 Dreadnought, and the E'Djen.

I'd call it lackluster. Plus ten in offense ain't all that much... I mean, the ship is essentially a slightly weaker Generix, and why on earth would I want to build a mixed tech yard just to build a slower building Generix style vessel when I can build one at the Staryard just as easily.... sooo slightly useful for Mijural, not useful for Helev--that's my verdict.

Surprisingly, I like it as it is, even if it takes one supply (vitamins for the crew, I take it ) to turn on the special.

Of course, I'm always in favor of moar firepower. So I wouldn't complain about this particular change. And the ship itself looks mean and cool.

The Saeihrs Concave plasma coil now grants her +25 Offensive Value, which ends her up at 51 unranked. Thats quite something for the money Hit and run!

Hmm...

In Spain he's called "Wally", don't ask me why.

And spam, why spam? The only problem is that the pic doesn't seem to have a sliding bar, and I'm afraid "Wally" is on the area you cannot see. It's an Excelsior lost in the bunch of Excelsior IIs.
