well.. the Ciaan don't have much crew, cause they lack any type of sexual instinct their population is very low (one child born in a month ore something..). Their physical strenght is also very low.
In Fleetops their vessels will have less crew and their fighting abilities are low. There won't be a stedy crew los, cause of the medicine which allows them to survive in normal space.
The Ciadan also are good hackers and have a complex computer network.. but let's continue discussion about the Ciadan in the Ciadan topic
