Starfleet Registry ideas

A place to suggest any Starfleet shipname and registries of your own. If based on something real, maybe a link to show what it's based on?

Providing a link to the source or motive behind the name is indeed a good idea 

on a sidenote: please avoid "-A" registries and the like

It is my experience that as the quality of the slogan improves, the quality of the beer decreases. That however is another subject (we need a beer topic).

True, but Wicküler is a minor brand of Westfalia, it tastes a bit like a herbish Becks and gives a great headache. But it builds character

K_Merse released a hige list on A2 Files many moons ago. SO if this is all for the new regestry system, I would look here for a huge list of names, some even for current FO ships like the Galaxy, Centaur, Nova Refit and so on.
