I agree with you Valorous that firepower does help. What I meant was that against human opponent you need some cunning tactics besides firepower. Cloak capabilities of the Romulans gives you a wide spread of effective gerilla tactics which I like the most.

Mobile cloaking genorater would be good, remembers the mobile gap generator from command and conquer red alert, or maybe speaking of command a conquer what about a stationary cloaking generator.

Hey Optec, have you considered about bringing back again some features that have had Shadow Class in A2 like Holo-Emitter or Psychonic Blast to other class starhips (of any race). I think that they are realy original ones and give fun when playing (specialy holo emitter). I also saw that you brought back Energy Shield Converter.

yep, similar abilities may appear on the ciadan or iconian side - or of course on non player race vessels. but they are not planed to be available to the romulans

A variation of the Holo-Emitter weapon would be good for the Ciadan, as it was said somewhere that they are excellent with computers.

I think a Reeman(sp?) would be a logical Avatar. I personally would love to have a Scimitar class warbird at the head of my fleets, but this avatar might be the same as General Mijural.

Could we have a Scimitar, purty plz?

I am 100% Opposed to the Scimiter and anything Reman in the Romulans. The Remans are ENSLAVED, and that isn't going to change. Also, the Scimiter just plain isn't balanced. The Romulans already have a super weapon.

And Shinzon is DEAD.

I'd like the Scimitar on the game somehow. If you ever make any single player missions, it would be one great mission for the Federation.

Well, no. I am just opposed to the Romulans having a Scimiter, as it would just plain and simple be unbalanced. If it was a Mercenary, however, I would like it. I am just opposed to it being in the Romulan Techtree. Mainly because I want to lead my Federation Fleets with the Scimiter.

I vote for Remans to be fearless mercenaries (that's in their nature)...
