Roms need an overhaul.

Big D should have a mix of beam pulse and torpedo, as it was seen having all three in various eps IIRC.

the nose had the main beam and a torpedo, beams from various other points, foward pulses from arround the naccles from what I rememeber.

That'd give it a little against everything.

How about refits for the Warbirds? Make the D a heavy hitter with a substantial sum of credits?

Refits for the big D sounds like an awesome idea, esp. considering the variety of missions they've been sent on to serve the empire plus the length of their service too.

Prehaps we could get some EnterpriseB type excelcior refits too then, be neat to have.

thats on todo as the vet excel model i think.

if a big D refit was coming i was thinking about putting modules between the giant wings, like hanging crude torp lawnchairs in there. or hanging extra energy weapons.

Id love it if some of the big rommie vessels had refits. it goes well with their strategy and it makes sense for some of the older ships.

D has history, makes sense that the Empire would update it. I like the idea of having that big empty space in the wings filled. String some weapons there. I'm thinking same beam but a little more power, 2 pulse cannons and two extra torps, plus 10 to defense for some ungodly amount of money.
