Speaking of which, is the Warbird grey or very light brown?

Interesting. I love old game intros.

That being said, the Garridans seem like a forced plot point similar to the remans.

Is it possible to set the SFC station to Warp In Garidian ships if the Romulans take over it?

nah. leave the warp ins for the feds only. Other races shouldn't get to use the abilities of captured stations - this was the central point for mixed tech.

Plus i dont see the point (maybe my perspective is limited )of having the same models for roms just coloured a different colour and given a different label .

Because starship designs are not unique (especialy not in Star Trek) and if repainting a model and renaming it is good enough for canon Trek, it's good enough for anything non-canon. The Warp-In station looks like it could easily bring in ship of other races, otherwise it would be the only Starfleet station that is pointless to take over. Mainly since all other station can be used when captured; Outpost for defence, Shipyards for repair, Research Station for special weapons on capured ships, etc.

I agree with serpicus. The more the races differ, the better. If you give the warp in station to the roms, you could also give it to the Dominion. And the Borg will Transwarp in an Hypercube or what...? No... cool as it is
