Definitely agree bigger borg ships need to be better at boarding. Seems silly that the best way to assimilate enemy ships and stations is scout cube spam. That was probably not the purpose of their design.
Bigger ships get larger boarding sizes through the special, and have multiple boarding specials smaller ship don't have. Smaller ones only have an advantage in numbers and all Borg ships are designed to assimilate.
