Hmm it can go anywhere on the map instantly but you think that reducing it's movement speed by 5% will make it more balanced.....

Would be fun to play with, if that was balanced. I like the temporal gate idea :)

Wait, you can do that now?! I started a couple of times but gave up remembering the crew you beam on just... defected in A2 :pinch:
