Prem (and other uncommon ships) rank up

Hi, I'd like to promote the Premonition for rank up. It is an uncommon ship but if you were to capture it, what use will it be. May I suggest the following.

# Veteran Status
- Standard Weapons increased (1x Phaser, 2x Quantum)
- Temporal Stasis Effect range incrased by 10%, Fire range increased to artillery
- Gains Temporal Gate ability (Allows to create a temporal gate instantly able to travel anywhere on the map, range label = Limitless)
- All atributes increased by 3
- Gains Experimental Sheilds passive ability (Reduces damage from Beam and torpedo weapons by 40%, pulse weapons by 20%, and special weapons by 5%)

Wait! Before you guys say it is becomeing a God ship! I have one last thing to add... due to its powerful ness, energy recharge rate is reduced by 60%. And Speed by 5%.

Okay, now put in your opinion.

What should we do for the Marauder? One time a captured two but they were no use. How about this for them Ferengi.

# Original Atributes
- 2x Disruptor
- 1x Torpedo
- EM Blast (should be looked at)
- Tractor Beam (Tool tip should be revised)

# Veteran Attributes
- Weapons Increased (2x Disruptor, 2x Torpedo)
- EM Blast range increased to long, is more effecitve on larger chassis than before
- Tractor beam range increased to short
- Allows you to upgrade the Marauder with a mix tech module of your own race (adds a special ability of your own race, but keeping the veteran status)

Could that work?

the premonition sounds good, I just don't know about the temporal gate ability.  It seems too much, because not many non, science vestles have more than one special weapons, Other than, cloak, and borg ships.  I think it should have a cloak type weapon, like a temporal shift.  It would work like a cloak, but have some other effect.  Because it is not cloak, it could be used as a phase cloak too.

The Prem is a future ship, in can have more than one. Besides, the Ferengi is able to put a mixed tech module of your race allowing to have the Ferengi become equipped with weapons of your race.

# Federation
- Replaces Disruptors with Phasers
- Equips the Defensive Patterns special ability

# Klingon
- Replaces one Torpedo with a Beam Disruptor
- Equips Poleron Torpedo and replaces EM blast with K'Vort's Torpedo ability

# Romulan
- Replaces torpedoes with a Romulan Plasma Torpedo
- Equips Techyon Detection grid passive ability
- Equips Vector Torpedo special ability

# Dominion
- Replaces Disruptors with a Phased Poleron Beam (that penetrates Sheilds)
- Replaces Torpedoes with Tetreon Torpedoes
- Equips the Core Blast ability (from S-7 Defender)

// If Breen alliance avatar
- Replaces Torpedoes with Breen Torpedoes (keeps disruptors)
- Equips Dampening Torpedo

# Borg
- Replaces Disruptor with a Multi-targeting Energy Phaser (3 targets)
- Replaces Torpedoes with a Gravimetric Torpedo
- Replaces EM blast with Tactical Armor passive Ability
- Equips Regeneration special ability

I read somewhere that the Premonition was originally designed as a testbed for Temporal tech, only being really armed because of the Borg.

My next question is... what do we do with regards that Romulan ship in the uncommon section (I forgot the name :P )? Who has thoughts on this?

You mean that tiny, squashed thing? In an earlier version, I put it in the basic yard for one of the avatars.

I think it's name is something like the Duvales ...or equivalent to that pronounciation no?

Weird little artillery ship back in V2.

Yeah, I was wondering what to do with it. It is basically a tinier version of a Serkas class. What can we do to turn it into a ship worth its own name instead of being an imitation ship? :hmmm: I just don't know what to do with it...

How about this?

# Standard Attributes
- 2x Pulse Disruptors
- 1x Quadcolbalt Torpedo
- Phase Cloak (I'm a bit shifty on tha :ermm: )

# Veteran Attributes
- Increases blast radius and range of Quadcolbalt torpedo
- Increases Offensive and Defensive value by 2
- Increases system value by 1
- Equipes Tachyon Detection Grid passive ability

Okay, next up is the Unity Station. This thing is completely un armed and cannot build a thing. What should we do with this? I was thinking of having it armed but it has no purpose in the game. What should we do? Remove it, ore refit it?

How do you get uncommon ships?  Are they only available through the map editor?
