Dukat and Shinzon are long dead circa Fleet Ops. I don't know if Janeway and Worf play a role in the storyline at all, although Worf could be interesting. I really hope the third Federation avatar isn't just another Caucasian Human admiral.

the dauntless was an alien ship designed to fool the voyager crew and take them right into the middle of borg space anyway the feds should have the prometheus as its a cool ship cool enough for the tal shiar to try and steal it anyway

Warf as an avatar would be cool.  It could allow access to warpin Klingon allies.  and the defiant gets stat up grades.  It could be verry neat.

i was thinking more worf as a klingon avatar as he did kill gowron and i think he may be more involved with the klingons now martok is chancellor

we could go even furthr and have 2 mixed races the fed klingon alliance and how about a klingon romulan alliance cnsisting of duras like renegade klingons and selas private romulan forces

if there ever was some sort of klingon romulan alliance we could even use some of the mixed tech ships seen in some of the starfleet command 3 mods

Personally, I don't really like the idea of factions having built-in access to each others' ships or techtrees. I kind of like the uniform style of the factions. The Breen avatar is a passable exception due to the nondescript color and design of the Breen ships and the fact that there are just two Breen ships ingame.

yep, we dont tend to include many cross-race avatars, except maybe for the dominion, but they wont dominate the dominion, they will support them

You know what would be cool, to add the dominion as the Avatar for the breen and make them playable as another race not many new ships or weapons would be needed... I think I am going to make a new request out of this.
