The armor should already be planned, but Starfleet doesn't have slipstream drive.

I'm just saying the armor and torpedoes TRANSFAC, the slipstream not because the episode of the voyager timeless could not travel long duct

well slipstream is fed tech just wasnt very good on voyager but i guess starleet would have more resources to work on it and i believe the devs sed armour would b v low prioity

Stipstream belongs to Species 116 (Arturis's people), and was never developed by Starfleet. Voyager stole it, but couldn't use it without nearly killing themselves.

doesn't mean that they couldn't have figured it out.

Considering that the computer on an Intrepid Class couldn't cope along with the hull, it's unlikely any Starfleet ship could use the tech. Either the hull or computer would fail and kill them.
Starfleet's advanced and talented, but not that much.

well the computer on the premetheus was prob smarter than voyagers and since the developement to her armour im guessing the hull issue was solved plus voyagers slipstream was created by them they called it quantinum slipstream the issue was 1) the navigation wasnt easy so they had to use the delta flyer and 2) the fuel was very rare

in the Voyager relaunch, Titan, and Destiny and upcoming Typhon pact novels Starfleet did make a prototype featured in one of the SOTL calendars 2009 i think and successfully implemented slipstream. the USS Aventine Vesta class also featured 2010 SOTL calendar and novels is the first Starfleet ship class purpose built to use it but Voyager and some other ships were refitted to use it.

dont think the amor and the tranphasic torpedoes should be ingame. It would either break the balance or the forum because peaople think these stuff is to weak.

the reason for using deltaflyer was to determine phase variance... but even this didnt worked out pretty well... and there core overloaded and boom they crashed to an ice planet..... but died happy that they are on the edge of alpha quadrant

That's why it's going to be a while before it arrives. Balancing it isn't easy.

A number of very interesting technologies were seen on Voyager.
Holographic decoys (anyone remember the doctor floating in space)
The Isokinetic Canon from "Retrospect" (I would love to see that one)
Slipstream Technology
Endgame armor
Transphasic torpedo's
Temporal Shielding
Astrometrics Lab (increased sensor range/ cloak detection)
Shield enhancements by sending proton bursts in the shields allowing Voyager to enter a rift to enter the Q dimension (Q civil war)
and so on.. (I'm sure I've forgotten some)
The endgame armor has been confirmed to be added at some point, possibly as mixed tech.
The Transphasic Torpedo's have been denied for balance.
Slipstream is perhaps possible, but seeing the limited use of the transwarp special today i doubt it will be added.
We can propose numerous things and personally i'd like to see a few more Intrepid variants, but it's up to the developers to decide IF some of these will be added. Balance will play a major role in all of this.

...proving that Voyager RELIED on "surprising coincidences" and "plot hole technologies" to work as a show. Otherwise it wouldn't've worked. It became a fantasy show. I'm surprised they didn't have EAGLES rescue it in the final episode.
Fleet Operations is about strategy, tactics, etc., NOT "übertech".
Voyager was silly.

I imagine the Isokinetic Canon to be something along the lines of a light quantum Pulse or heavy quantum Pulse.
Either way, it would make for an interesting Intrepid variant.
We could even go as far as making the Intrepid the federation Generix. Support Intrepid (beams mechanics over), Heavy duty Intrepid (Extra weapons/shields, change class to cruiser) etc.
