well i guess thats true since the borg are still trying for perfection

I think that is one big andvantage for the borg. It's not realistic to hack a borg computer within the time in game. 

The effectiveness of gaining statistical infos could vary by race. Borg info can only be aquired by scouting.

I've thought of it a lot, and I think it's most impossible to implement.

No, the report is already implemented in the game, just press esc during the game and go to admiral log and search for timeline tab. There is a graphical representation of the relative strength of armadas. That's I'm talking about.

it may all ready be in game but to program it into the regular part doesnt sound like an easy task, but they implemted the levelup system so idk maybe.
