Hero ships

nice one.
Except - no scimitar for Sela. She belongs on a d'deridex. suits her.
Scimitar only as a pick up map object - It's Reman and does not fit in with mainstay Romulan commanders like Sela - kinda like giving Jabba the hutt control of the death star... doesnt fit

BEST....ANNALOGY....EVER.

i think the two romulan avitars should be just
romulus
or

But.. I think I just had a cool idea for the hero ships:

If you remember the fleet command (STRG+1,2,3....): Imagine, you could make one of the 16 ships your "leading vessel". So instead of giving order to your fleet saved under STRG+1 you can do everything with your leading ship of 1.

- If the leading ship hasn't any skill, it can just have 4 other ships with it. If it has reached his full experience level, it can take up to 16 vessels with it.
- Hero Ships can get much more boni with increasing experience
- all ships connected (in a fleet...) to a hero ship get the ships boni.
- If you manage to destroy a hero ship, the other ships in this fleet can't manouver or receive orders for 10 seconds
- Hero ships can earn more experience than any other ships.

Normal Galaxy has about 34 in attack (hope I remember correctly), if it leads 4 other galaxys, they could have lets say 38 attack, if the hero ship gains more experience it will bring it's fleet up to +20 attack/defense. Maybe the Galaxy can launch shuttles than, which help out in battles.
- If you make a ship into a hero ship it will cost 10 times the ships building costs.

The only problem i can see with this is that of the AI, if the ai built one then spammed a GAGILLION ships, added the strongest ones tho the heros posse. well, you get the image. Just imagine a borg fleet of cubes with a hero, OUCH
