Why does the klingon fleet lack a light weapons platform. I'd be nice at times to have a terrible and cheap turret.

Also has anyone considered moving the nova to chassis 1 with star fleet command or star fleet science as its second dependancy. Giving the feds a non short range unit choice.

Thats not cheap considering the supply costs.

See this is the kind of response I expect from flops players, not the passion and thoughtfulness I got in my romulan needs torpedoes post.

haha well if you really want a cheap turret for the klingons you probably won't give them just because what warrior seeking honor would ever want a turret fighting for him?

Klingons aren't meant to be turtlers in FO(similar to Romulans). You should bring the battle to the enemy and keep him from getting to your expansion. But if you really want to protect your expansion, the incredible HWP is just fine.

But consider the possible supply gains if you use it correctly :)

Truth of the matter is that the Klingons have a number of fairly cheap capable vessels and a low level turret would be redundant.

I think he meant medium range. Feds lack medium range ships at lower levels.

Tokra you dont play klingon much do you? You cant throw away any of your ships and expect to win.

Yea klingon ships take way to much supply to throw away, and by to much supply I mean any supply because of how expensive supply is for them. But still small klingon ships are great in the late game as raiders especially with team games
