Man that is gorgeous.... Galaxy class was always one of my favorites...this is probably the best looking re-incarnation while still preserving the look and feel of the original. Hats off

Fine, although I have to disagree with the idea that it would be purely a warship - that in no way justifies it's size. The original galaxy class was the largest in the current federation fleet because it was a multi purpose explorer, and that size lent it strength in combat.

Hmm... Well, I'd be pretty happy with all (ie any) of them! But I'd have to say that the Allegiance looks like a more... kitbash-y version of the Dawnstar.
I want to be able to say that I like the EVO more, but I'm just not sure!

Coming to think of it, the Allegiance looks like it could have been a contender for the Sovereign design. But now that that's taken, the Allegiance looks more like a kitbash... Otherwise it would be perfect.

dak phoenix did some great designs in the past, however he removed some of them over the years from his site. some can still be seen when visiting the site via archive.org (around 2001-2003). he also created the phalanx class
