Galaxy Evo

I recently came across this ship, and i was wondering, what does the team think of this ship, and could it make its way into fleetops.

If someone could post a few picutures, and only one person, we dont need thousands from everybody, of this ship itd be nice.

Maybye since some people are opposed to the mk2 idea, however i am not, it could be a remake of the galaxy,

So the story for instance could be, that the original galaxy was built as the flagship, the most powerful at its time, but also diplomatic, and was only partially geared for war, not many were made as it was also to bridge the gaps until more powerful ships, (the sovy) and akira cam out, however the galaxy was a good idea, and its seperation was good for survival, so the galaxy was redisignd using the latest tech, giving it a smaller saucer, more streamlined, increased efficeny, and almost exculsively a warship making it a large part (or medium or small) part of the federations force of ships, with both the saucer and stardrive equiped with warp (the saucer has a fold out of types like one section for the promethius) both the stardrive and saucer are very powerful, and if needbe can seperate, leaving the one half to most likely die and be a decoy, while the other safely warps(maybey a special warp out for seperation)(or could just give you control to try to escape) back to base, fending of attacks easily since all power was transfered to the other section recharging its sheilds hull, etc. etc. by (some amount)

so what do people think about that?

Even if the team isn't fond of the Galaxy-II (that's pretty much what the EVO is) idea, people could still add it to their personal version of the game.

What about both? Galaxy-II (Experimental tribute based on the design, like the Miranda-II) and Allegiance Class (buildable direct succesor).

I actially don't like that ship.  The evo is cool, but the saucer is wrong to be a galaxy.  Going with the style doca posted, how about the dawnstar class?

Didn't the Dawnstar model screwup last time, or was that a different ship?

Either way, the GalaxyEVO doesn't look any more 'wrong' than the Excelsior-II or Miranda-II. Which means no problem.

True.  Also the ship didn't work because it wasn't made for FO.  If they did add it to the game they would make their own model if I'm not mistaken.

I would be happy with ANY galaxy mkII.  It just seems wrong to leave it out.

Hmmm... how about a hybrid of all 3 ships?

A Dawnstar Saucer with the EVO's Saucer integrated nacelles. The Allegiance's Stardrive with maybe a little bit of some micro re-detailing. And maybe 4 nacelles? Besides all the nacelles look very similar to me. But I don't want a fight over which 'Galaxy-Relative' is better. So maybe just take the best of all 3 and put them together like my idea.

Besides... I think the Galaxy Class family needs a Quad-Nacelle ship... because I always thought of them looking real good.

I don't think 4 nacelles would go very well with a ship from the Galaxy line. Something descended from the Constellation, Cheyenne or Prometheus, maybe, but not the Galaxy.
