yep, the federation will get balancing improvements in version 3. within a new feature of version 4 they will also get some advantages over the other races

i wonder how u gonna do that without destroying the balance... and i wonder what u gonna do with the other races like ur redo idea for the borg u said once a few months back..

Enterprise-E can fire 4 Quantums at once and prolly a bunch more Photons with all its launchers.

the feds will be improved in version 3 at the behest of me because i am a federation admiral and i was not impressed with there strength in beta 2 so i made optec improve them they will be a powerful race in the mod for defensive and offensive actions :tank:

i hear theres going to be a new feature in version 4 for the feds that will make them strong but i have no idea what that feature is and dont ask optec because he will not say

roll on version 3 the best armada 2 mod ever

i mean with the galaxy, in several TNG pisodes the enterprize d fired photon spreads so yes its realistic
