A new Warbird special

I liked it because it made the rommies warbirds nearly invincible.Oh, and don't forget about the cubes stealing that technology and being able to use it even longer 

Well in my believ this technology is difficult to balance and unrealistic, which makes me say: "Please, no!"

I will admit, it was a fun ability.  Tactical fusion cube with shield inversion beam, anyone?

what about a fusion tac cube using the big d special. that was nuts. and corbomite reflector.

What exactly do you mean by making other races play on the romulans terms? If you ask me the most romulan strategy is to wait for the opponent to make the first move and then make them regret it. And realisticly, I dont think the romulans would just abandon an effective weopon. In order to prevent them from being a "firststike" race, we could just make the weopon cost 100% special energy. It would be true to the canon of the weopon and balance things out on both ends.

The Romulans will be focused on changing the outcomes of battles with special weapons that force your opponent to react the way you want them too - just like on the show, where the Romulans are always manipulating things behind the scenes, biding their time . Of course their warbirds will be able to have front line combat, but most of their vessels are specialists (laying traps etc).

hmm... what if there was a wabird special that increased the chance of intell locking onto a ship close to it . Would be bad for a cube though

I read the forums as much as I can but its sometimes hard for me to follow on every detial. I have a lot of projects I have to do and mosly play FO when I have the free time. Could you please give me a like to this? This is all news to me.

Just do an advanced search for romulan with optec as the poster and that should give you everything.
