OMG GUYS ARE YOU DEAF, ITS NOT WARP
its like warp in, you can build one station of it, and you can warp a few of your own ships either any where on the map(or the range of the station)this way, you can creat a diversion or a small atacking force behind enemy lines,
as we all know, the sovy isnt that good compared to other ships so a small fleet from feds isnt going to win the game
it has a cooldown time just like the normal warp in, and it could be increased even
THIS IS NOT WARP

1) Whether I'm deaf or not is irrelevant. This is WRITING. The words you're looking for are "blind" or "illiterate".
1a) Don't you dare question my senses, abilities, or intelligence. I understand full well what you mean (now that you've made it clear). Now it's YOUR turn to understand what I'M saying.
2) So it isn't exactly "warp" in how it's implemented, but in the long run what you are suggesting will give a group of ships warp ability for a short time.
"No matter what flavouring you put in the ice cream, it's still made of milk."
3) You can create a diversion anyway, by moving your ships at impulse to an area the enemy didn't expect, or to attack one bit while moving another fleet elsewhere while the enemy is busy, or... that's just two examples; there are hundreds of strategies.
4) "Behind enemy lines" is not a phrase I like to use for the Feds. It's more of a Romulan tactic, and for that they have cloak.
5) Warping in behind enemy lines ruins the purpose of defensive turrets and stations, and gives you the ability to bypass an enemy defence fleet. As seen in DS9, the Feds do not do this.

1st yes blind woulda been better
1a i wasnt saying it to you, but nobody was getting what i was saying
2actualy ice cream can be made of soy milk, goat milk, rice milk, tofu, and then of course salt and the other indgredients,
so then my questiion for 2 is, warp in is warp also, and you dont object to that?
3true...... but this works better, with the feds not so offensive fleets, and i fell there science isnt reflected well either, so i tried to make a soulution to help it
4 well feds use section 31 for behind enemy lines
5 as i said, its a small fleet, you would still need your main fleet to go past the turrets, the point is to mix the enemy up, and also you cant use one episode to say what the feds do, lets be a bit more creative, and also they bypassed a fleet when they took back ds9

Considering that I've reduced an entire base to ashes with 10 Fed ships before, with 7 of them left standing at the end, dumping a 'small fleet' that is more than the 3 from the current Warp-in is likely far too powerful. So you know, the fleet was 4 Sov, 3 Def, 2 Remore, and 1 Excelsior II. The survivors were 3 Sov, 2 Def, 1 Remore, and the Excelsior II, all of whom were rank 4 and 5 at the end when I sent them in brand new with no ranks.
It's all about using the fleet.
It's all about using the fleet.

No. The FUNCTION of warp-in is to create new ships, so it's function is that of a shipyard or fluidic gate.
Things like Warp, Transwarp, and Phase Cloak all have the function of Warp, so I'm against those, but Warp-In is fine.

Transwarp for probes (that range makes it redundand in FOPs) and Phase cloak for a (expensive and weak) sciece ship is quite OK to me. It's just necessary to prohibit fleets, that are capable of fighting, from using these technologies.

Sure, let´s warp everything into the enemy base, and while we are at it, restore Borg transwarp capabilities (and i don´t mean the bad joke it is now).
No, seriously, Warp has gone to hell for good reasons, let it rest in peace.
