When the Dominion were a major threat, the Romulans allowed the use of 1 Romulan cloak with 1 Romulan officer to oversee it.

What are the chances that they could renegotiate the treaty to allow Starfleet-designed cloaks to become routine and run rampant on-board Starfleet ships?

Not much--especially considering that the Romulans are loosening the friendship I think. What with the arrival of the Iconians and Ciadan

u never know with what happened in nemisis it may happen but yh not likely but its a possibility if the fo ever wanted fed cloak

Yes, the Defiant was allowed a cloaking device...only to be used with a Romulan officer overseeing it, and only in the Gamma Quadrant.  They were very specific about 'no cloaking in the Alpha quadrant'.

Im not sure that a agree with you about the dreadnought but i like the drone layer. If it was like their version of kamikaze

I just found those details on my Notexer ideas... you can look at them if you want.

Acid Assaulter (A special type of ship):
This vessel's weapon is that it 'sprays' corrosive acid on the enemy hulls literally melting their hulls away.

Psychic Interceptor:
This vessel attacks other ships mainly through their crews (especially Borg). It uses the crew of the vessel to sabotage their own ship and kill other crew members.

Barricader (A defensive/support vessel):
This vessel is capable of generating small armed drones. These stationary drones can only be moved by towing. These drones come in three types: Photonic drone, Shockwave Drone, and Dampening drone. The Photonic Drone fires small torpedoes at enemies and has a system that uses micro-beams to destroy enemy torpedoes. Shockwave drones emmit shockwaves with various effects to enemy ships all causing damage in some way. Dampening drones fire weapons that have a 50% chance of disabling a system, all of its weapons have slow rates

theres just 2 things i want the command cube to have.

1. a minimum of 8 module slots

2. able to equip any module available including all those exclusive to other borg ships
