Ok, just a question.

Surely in the long run it's better to be Non-Dominion as that way you can gather 250 resources per time for a relatively 'cheap' price. Dominion potentially can take a long time to gather any where near the stock amount of 'Supply Upgrades'

Keep in mind that the Dominion uses a lot more supplies than other factions, so to use the supply purchases as Dominion is actually cost ineffective (if that's what you were driving at)

Sure, but just remember that it's all balanced: the Dominion uses less "normal" resources, and more supplies--unlike other factions which are the reverse.
