Romulans are TOO Powerful!

You feel like a battlecruiser is too weak or a race too strong? Go ahead and discuss it here :)

A modified sprite file by Zaxxon (available in his mods) allows regular SOD's to work in FO. They all work for me because I have it.

Too powerfull? I allways seem 2 lose when I play them :( But I am getting better! :D Rommulans have no bugs to take advantage of and are perfectly balanced as is  :D

Hehe, only one annoying bug that is a disadvantage... they tend to stop and restart if you tell them to move again... it has caused me a lot of strife when facing A-20 Attack Destroyers, not to mention other bad path finding. :D

See people. They are not that powerful. You may argue shield repai but it only helps you a little and doesnt last you long throught the battle.

Shield Recharge is still a major pain in the arse ;) . I'll just have to wait and see what's in store for that ability.

I like the shield recharge ability. It's only a pain in the arse if you're on the side which doesn't benefit from it   Surely the measure of a good Romulan is how much of a thorn in your side he is?

The AI is pretty dumb with the Generix support refit though. You can have a small squadron with a few of them mixed in and max special autonomy, and they'd still prefer to fire those plasma charge things than to regenerate one another's shields, despite the fact that the target they're "disarming" is, in fact, a harmless mining ship.

It's balanced in so much as it requires a fair bit of micro to be used effectively.

Ah, why yes the Shadow was my favorite Romie ship. She sounds a little strong, but yes she is very nice. Looks, and combat wise. But, uh how many could you build? One or three or what?
