Navyguy, you need to start opening new topics or using the PM system - you can't just find a topic that has nothing to do with the subject that you wish to talk about and post. Also, please use the edit button instead of double posting, which makes it harder to read your posts. Thank you

At the top (in a subforum, not a thread) to the right there's a bar that says "Mark Read | Notify | New Topic | Post new poll".  Click "New Topic".  Also, you can modify your posts instead of posting multiple times in a row.
