dont know if this has been mentioned before, but when the norexan becomes veteran it seems to do far less damage than before, even less than a norexan with no exp. it does about the same as a monsoon. I tested this with a pair of veteran norexans and they couldnt collapse the shields of anything larger than a monsoon.

Checking now :)

EDIT: yup, does almost zero damage as a veteran. Far less than a Monsoon in fact  :whistling:

Really?  How did we miss that in gameplay?  Who uses Norexans to a nasty degree?

I'm curious though:  Dom you said you checked and that indeed it did close to no damage.  Is the error in the weapon odf's for the vet?  Is it just limited to Dagger Doctrine or what?

I feel like I've had vet Norexans that still did SOMEthing.  What part is in error?

You use a technique once and are branded a Norexan spammer for the rest of your life. :whistling:  I use other things to a nasty degree, too! :crybaby:

Like.... 10283914012734082 SuS'a'! hahah!  :woot:

Should be the weapon odf's that are the problem Boggz, as Dagger Doctrine just makes them reload faster etc. Perhaps when you switch the weaponry to all pulses it does more damage - I only checked very very quickly

  Np.

I used to code ODF's for Armada I back in the day and suddenly this bug-fix talk over simple numbers got me excited again.  Armada II and FLOPS especially added some new dimensions to ODF coding and I had to ask.

Passives are new and exciting coding to me  :hungry:

THERE HE IS!!! GET HIM.

Sir, we have a warrent out for your arrest. It looks like you have overdosed on illegal norexiens. Put him in handcuffs and take him to jail. I suggest you get a good lawer.

I bring this court summon on behalf of Romulan Laboratories, Inc.

Norexan is an exclusive property of RL and it cannot be produced without the proper licensing. The charges brought against you include Industrial Spionage for obtaining the formula for Norexan and Unlicensed Production and Sale of said pharmaceutic.

The Attorney's Office is ready to bring charges for possession and sale of controled substances and elaboration of a product without the proper safety conditions, putting in danger environment and population.

I always thought that Norexan's name reminds me of a medicine or drug name.
