A very slow destroyer.  I think we should rename it "the snail" and it should come with a sludge trail as it inches its way to the battle that's already over.

I think it gets a bit faster next patch

I find the Phalanx to be rather usless, sure its got good shields and powerful weapons.

But to justify the cost id rather have two akiras or a sovvy
