C-11 too weak?

If the C11 would be more useful than other Dom ships...it would be used more...
it is not since everything else is in 98% better.
So an increase in stats or specials is needed...

I have never, ever used one of these, but I do think it's fun to farm them for ranks when playing against them. It's like a mini-game!
