Borg
You feel like a battlecruiser is too weak or a race too strong? Go ahead and discuss it here :)

Yep. And this part sucks...

Ship-construction could indeed need some tuning. But I guess they're already at it.

Inc. Complexes are most likely used to incubate Borg babies, and finish the assimilation of other beings, so, therefore, they should be able to increase supplies with the amount assimilated. And, if you ask me, should be able to create nodes usable by the Adaptor to increase its strength by disassembling assimilated vessels, and then taking all of their researchable weapons. Also, I don't think that the Borg should be affected by the "only buildable by this race" rule. I mean, they probably assimilated all of their military secrets.
now THAT would give them and edge in multiplayer games.
But, they are good the way that they are, they could be better.

I would like, if possible, that the confirmation button after you've selected the modules for a borg ship to be removed. I accidentally pressed the cancel button instead of the confirmation one and guess what, I've lost almost 4k of dilitium. Ouch.

I think they're working on a way that if you cancel your modules you get your resources back.
Anyway I do like the idea of the tech assim beam coming back but slightly altered. I would rather see it come in as an adaptation beam (as seen in endgame where they use scan voyager with a beam) that grants you a small offensive and defensive bonus for 30 seconds against the ship type you just used it on, or possibly race I can't decide I think if it was race it might be a bit over balanced.
I'd also like to see any ship being able to equip adaption modules I know it's kind of the adaptors special ability but they are a bit useless.

Yeah, the adaptors are almost useless against small ships cause they have only torps and miss a lot. Adaption module for all ships ? I don't think so, it will unbalance the game.

I doubt it will be unbalanced, I don't see any change in damage to adapted ships.

If true, all that means is that borg mixed-tech doesn't work and needs fixing, either way something needs to change.

i think that assimilating tech shoulnt give the borg an attack bonus against a race. But instead damage resistance to that race and limited time immunity to that ships special ability.
eg: if the addaptation beam is used on an intrepid, the borg get a 10% damage resistance to that race (instead of the addaptation research, so a one off perminant 10% increase) and 30sec immunity to the tricobalt torpedo.
And to ballance it all ships (of all races) as a general special ability and at the use of special power can have a limited attack bonus against the borg for say 10sec. And call it "Re-Modulate Weapons"
say it uses all of a ships special power to re-modulate weapons, it nullifies the defence advantage of the borg for a short time. And when it weres off you could say they have 're-addapted'
