Yes... obviously it will move like a Borg vessel... that's why the physics is called "borg" 

You cannot make a borg physics unit have a definitive front or back.

Then as I stated, its something to have to deal with, it can't be changed so the pros of the Dominion Ship using the Colony Beam out weigh the cons, thus the vanishing effect after colonization just has to happen. After all the "Borg Moving Effect" isn't wanted with this ship at all.

I'd say the case on using the Colonizing Beam, After Colonization vanishing is offically closed. It is impossible to keep the ship unless you are a Borg Colony Ship or want your ship to be a disgrace and move like a Borg ship when it just looks ridiculus.
