i have a question is their any plans on adding the changes in fo v3 in to the patch project like the changes to the ai?

Some of the changes would be nice for a personal mod ect. Like stopping the ai from decommissioning

hehe i should have bet how fast the frst patch-project topic will open after the v3 release  ^-^

nope, really, all major features of Fleet Operations will make it in the patch project, it just needs time. The past weeks were very busy with testing and finalizing v3. So don't worry, the features will come

As we speak of the patch project .... the T-15 Battlecruiser has a unit limit in.... I love it. Could you do that for every shipsclass?^^

thats possible in the patch project. Fleet Operations however uses ship limits only for some special units or unitclasses - repair vessels are limited to 3 and fighter carriers are limited to 7. There are also some unique units like the Romulan Cloaking Generator, which means you can only command one of them

(you might exceed unit limits by capturing)

Could the patch have no-cd support? For the people who's computer no longer registers disks.

no no cd-support, it will get banned from file front even though no one in their right mind still gives a damn about this game, and it might as well have "Free ware" stamped on it. <-< stupid noobs in charge. Any how im happy to hear your adding all the features to the patch project and sorry making this topic. It just the ai really really needs to be improved damn it!

i have a question for the FO team:, would it be possible to have let say all 200 ships target 200 ships instead of just one? Would it also be possible to re-add the clover leaf option and or why did you remove it? I await your reply!

i already tried that but there was no real good way. we have some ideas however how to do that in future versions, but thats sounds like far future at the moment ^-^

Maybe you'd like to put a limit to all ships like for the Dominion bugs 20 ships so there's no unit spamming going on (which is actually taking place in mp games).
