No Menu Showing Up

I have transferred the Star Trek Armada II Future Wars Mod into the FleetOps Engine using the Armada II in FleetOps as the design idea using FleetOps 4.0. Unlike other mods that I have done this with, this mod isn't showing the Menu after the game loads when the "Intro" videos are played. There is just nothing to click on at all that will make the game run.
No other mod of mine in this format does this; everything works just fine so I even took working files from these mods for this mods Main Directory and that didn't even fix the menu. All the files are correctly edited and in the correct format; the game's menu just won't show up no matter what I do. Due to this problem, the only way to exit the game is to go through Task Manager and end the game as if it wasn't responding even though it is actually responding.
The following screenshot pretty much exactly shows what I am talking about:
