Ok, its broke again >.<

The sad part is... I figured out what was causing the error....
A freaking Vent voice overlay program, to show who's talking on Vent.............

ROFLMAO....... 

(Voiceoverlay.exe, a very old program designed for another game, and the sad part is, I remember having to disable that for a particular game a while back, and it just 'might' have been armada2............................... )

Yep... thats what was causing the problem with both A2 and FO... Amazing how a simple little program to show who's talking on vent, could cause so many problems...

Awesome work on FO btw
I especially like the detailed work on the Borg Cubes, and the different skins you've got going for them with each armor upgrade :p
