Veteran Issue

Generix Spectre Refit Veterans don't count against your total veteran count.  They say they cost 5 vet slots, but then don't consume the vet slots.  I don't know about other Generix refits, as the computer kept focus-firing the frigates and support refits before I could vet them and check.

i noticed an issue with the romulan mixed tech defiant it did not had its cloaking after i upgraded it to veteran rank
