UI Flickering

i have an intel GMA 965 (i think) and the UI flickers when graphics settings are low. It helps if i turn up the graphics settings, but doesnt completely eradicate it.

could you please go to Start - Run type dxdiag click OK, then, on the bottom of the program, click Save All Information... save the file and attach it to the forum please

so you have the gma 950. i am not sure if it is enough to play fleet operations anyway, i have had the intel x3100 in my last laptop which is also quite low end but still around 5x times fast than the old gma 950 and fleet operations was on the edge of being playable with it. i guess i can't help you much there...

Running it on 1280X800 with lowest settings is a bit slow but possible. Now that i think about it, i dont remember this happening with the borg gui (but i might be wrong).

there shouldn't be much difference between those two. may just have been an coincident
