susa veteran bug

a double gold bar susa that is under the effect of LDA cant become vet. the button isnt there. u have to wait until LDA stops then veteran it.

no im testing veq spam as a strat. it seems fun as u can kite with them if u are micro fast. if u have the micro to repeatedly switch targets u can keep ships from approaching using the special torps. then when u go on offensive u can stop them running. i see this to be more useful against borg. plus it makes turtling a lot less useful.

a question, when u use the button to make something veteran (veteranise) it forgets its orders as we all know, if used while LDA is active will veteranising stop the LDA?

It should cause LDA to restart in fact - in order to avoid potentially painful results from occurring when you level up/veteran up all special weapons that were active before level up are set to renew (otherwise they'd be stopped as you mentioned).

so if an e2 using its spw ranks then it restarts its spw? and norways with assault mode on?
