Starfleet Command - WarpIn Issues

I searched the forum, and I couldn't find this, so I hope this isn't an unique, hard-to-recreate bug. On AI games, I have noticed two issues with Starfleet Command in 3.1.13:

- Movement and Weapons autonomy do not get transferred to the warped in ships. So if one prefers to micro their ships, they have to set the autonomy as soon as they get the ships or an overzealous Ambassador may end up halfway across the map...

- The first Starfleet Command doesn't work (i.e. the warpin doesn't work). I either have to halt the construction, and rebuild, or tear it down and rebuild.

Hopefully, both bugs can be recreated and fixed!

The autonomy settings transfer has been brought up before, it is the result of a change to when those settings are transferred (intended to fix problem that setting carriers to green alert would make their fighters also have green alert.)

I've never seen SFC not work, can you be more specific as to the circumstances?

well, I do get the first one, I'm not sure but i believe it just needs the maintainorders = 1 line, but I"ve never gotten the second one.

Have you modded your FO copy Trek52? If not, I suggest a reinstall to fix the second issue :)
