Sound "Fade" Distance Variable

Maybe instead of removing it entirely, have it off by default so those who still want it can toggle it back on? (personally i dont mind either way).

I support that one. Would turning it on ruin games with players that don't use it?

Probably it wouldn't, given we can toggle it off right now with no problems
