The problem: The graphics in FO3 turn out very blurry and shaky for me. Graphics keep sticking on the screen around the hud and selection boxes.

Steps I've tried to correct the problem: 1) Search the forum for keywords "graphic", "blurry", "fuzzy". No results. 2) Install latest drivers (already had, no result). 3) Attempt to change ingame settings to many different options, no result.

Steps to reproduce the problem: It occurs ingame. I can halt the problem by holding the right mouse button and dragging the mouse. This makes the hud more transparant and stops the problem completely. If I let go of the mouse button the problem reoccurs.

Your OS (Operating System): Windows Vista Ultimate, 64-bit.
CPU (Processor): E6600 dual core, Intel.
RAM (memory): 2GB.
Graphic Card: 8800GTX

The version of Fleet Operations and which hotfixes/patches I've applied
: FO 3, Patch 1, Vista fix patch.

Thanks alot to anyone with a solution. If the topic did excist I did not find it, never the less my appologies. :) Sometimes in large battles or nebulae it gets so bad that you cannot even tell most ships appart then.

do you have stock armada 2 installed? if so does the issue occour with stock armada 2 too?

I forgot to add that comment in the end, my mistake. No stock armada is fine and does not display this error. It's however far more tempting to play FO3, even if having buggy graphics for me.

hehe ;)

one workaround that might work: have you tried to run fleet operations in window mode. this option available through the launcher.
or setting graphic details lower just to see if the error still occours

Windowed mode seems to resolve the issue. With a widescreen resolution in OF3 final that'll be the solution for me, not misclicking outside of my window. Thank you, it was the only thing which did not occur to me to try.

Thanks for the help. :)
