Selection Bug

I have noticed that when i go into battle, the ships in the selection display randomly rearrange themselves. This wouldnt be a problem except if i am targeting a special weapon at the time i have to reselect and target it all over again

that can sometimes happen when a vessel levels up. i will put a todo up to see if there is an improvement possible
